The newly refurbished Palace Westgarth Cinema is one of Melbourne’s finest picture palaces.

Its striking architecture still features many elements from the original 1920s design with later additions in a distinctly Art Deco, modernistic and geometric decorative tone inspired by Walter Burley Griffin.

The cinema recently underwent significant changes over a six month period with the Hacer Group managing a four million dollar refurbishment. The end result was a landmark entertainment venue, blending cutting edge technology and luxury with a timeless and sophisticated design.

Palace Cinemas selected Camatic Seating’s Forum Fixed and Forum Tilt chairs for their cinemas in order to maximise comfort and capacity.
